What We Did

• Planned the floor layout and visitor route through the hall
• Coordinated exhibitor move-in, power, and lighting for every booth
• Ran registration and a visitor information desk
• Scheduled short design talks on a small stage

The Result

Exhibitors set up on time, visitors could see every booth on one loop of the hall, and the talks drew a steady crowd through both days.
