A three-day gathering of founders, executives, and investors, built around keynotes in the morning, panel sessions in the afternoon, and plenty of room to meet in between.

The Brief

The organizers wanted a summit that felt focused rather than crowded: fewer sessions, longer breaks, and a closing reception where guests could follow up on the conversations the panels started.

What We Did

Program and Speakers

We built the three-day run of show, scheduled rehearsals for every keynote, and managed speaker travel, green rooms, and timing cues on the day.

Venue and Production

One main hall for keynotes, two breakout rooms for panels, and a lounge for meetings. We handled staging, audio, lighting, and live captioning for every session.

Registration and Guests

Badge pickup, session sign-ups, and a help desk staffed from the first coffee to the last session.

The Result

Sessions started on time, breakout rooms stayed within capacity, and the closing reception ran as planned. It is the format we now recommend for any multi-day conference.
