The Brief

The organizers wanted an event that felt personal: small sessions instead of one large hall, and time for attendees to talk with the speakers directly.

What We Did

We split the day into three tracks of small-group sessions, closed with a speaker panel, and furnished a lounge where attendees could meet between sessions. We also handled registration, catering, and accessibility needs for every guest.

The Result

A full day that stayed on schedule, with a format the organizers can scale up or down from year to year.
