Sunset Groove Beach Party

An open-air party on the sand, timed so the music started just as the sun went down.

What We Did

• Secured the beach permit and planned power for the stage and lighting
• Hung string lights across the site and set up the DJ booth
• Brought in food and drink stalls
• Planned security, first aid, and a weather backup

The Result

The party ran from golden hour into the evening, and the site was cleared the same night.
